Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Gsland account:

【Method 1: Through the App】

Please select 'Settings → Feedback → Delete Account' in the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

【Method 2: Through Email】

Please send an email from the email address associated with your account to service@gsland.app, informing us that you wish to permanently delete your account.

Your account data will be deleted within 15 days of your request.

Some of your data may be retained for a longer period for certain reasons, which include:

．Security, fraud and abuse prevention
．Tax or accounting requirements
．Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations
．Ensuring the continuity of our services

您可永久刪除您的Gsland帳戶：

【方法一：透過App】

請在App內選擇「設定→意見回饋→刪除帳號」，並照螢幕指示進行操作。

【方法二：透過Email】

請以您帳號的email發信至service@gsland.app，並告知我們您要永久刪除帳號。

您的帳號資料將於您提出申請的15日內被刪除。

您的部份資料可能會因為某些原因被保留更長的時間，這些原因包括：

．安全性、防止詐騙與濫用
．稅務或會計需求
．遵守法律或監管要求
．確保我們服務的連續性
