THE INFORMATION GSLAND COLLECTS
In order to gain use of Gsland with your mobile device, we must collect your Unique Device Identifier or "UDID". The UDID is a special type of identifier that uniquely identifies your device and is used in software applications for providing a unique reference number for applications like those used by your mobile device. We will not disclose or share your UDID to other parties.
When using Gsland, you may provide Gsland with certain personal information, such as your age, profile, comments, photographs, geographic locations, ethnic background, preference data and more. These information are meant to be seen by the Gsland users only.
THE WAY GSLAND USES INFORMATION
In general, persons we employ directly, or as contractors or agents at our direction, use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering our business activities, providing customer services such as support, and making available other products or services we think may be of interest to Gsland users.
If you submit personal information to us through Gsland, then we will use those personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of Gsland.
Gsland may disclosure and display of your geographic location/distance data to other Gsland users. They can use the filtering feature to filter out other users by different criteria, such as age and ethnic background. The information that you enter into your profile will be used for these filters.
If you voluntarily choose to disclose your geographic location in Gsland, such information will become publicly available and will be used within your profile and can be viewed and filtered by other Gsland users.
Except as specified in this policy, we do not share any of your personal information with any third parties other than our advertising display partners such as Apple, Inc and AdMob Google Inc and analytics partners such as Firebase.
YOUR INFORMATION IN RELATION TO OTHERS WE LINK TO
You may be able to access other ads, link or apps through Gsland. When you do so, you are subject to their policies regarding privacy and data collection and you should read those policies carefully before using the same. Gsland do not accept responsibility for their use of your personal information, their privacy and data collection practices.
SHARING INFORMATION WITH ADVERTISERS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES
We may disclose anonymous information about user habits, characteristics and user patterns, based on aggregate user statistics to advertisers on Gsland.
The parties who perform services for us (e.g. our Internet Service Provider) may also have access to your information in performing such services.
IN THE EVENT OF MERGER, SALE, OR BANKRUPTCY
In the event that Gsland is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from Gsland users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. We will not allow them to use it for any other purpose.
In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
SHARING INFORMATION WITH THE GOVERNMENT OR AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW
We will not disclose the personal information you have provided to other parties without your prior consent, save and except in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or the relevant government agencies.
We will not use your personal information otherwise than as stated in this policy.

CHANGES AND UPDATE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of Gsland means that you accept the Policy above. We expressly reserve the right to make changes to the Policy from time to time at our discretions. Your continued use indicates your agreement to those changes.
